A few things I forgot to mention before. Once you've created the school profile (again I suggest looking @ Sussex Tech as an example), you can use it to post alomst anything you want about the school: events, pictures, points of interest.

Just thought you might like to know.

You can create it and control it just like you did your own profile, in fact, the fewer people that have access to make changes for each school's profile, the smoother things are apt to go for you. The reason we've done this is so the viewer's can access everything right from the Sound Off section on the Home Page whic is linked directly to the school profiles. From viewing to voting, they can do it all there.

As for notifying people about it, it should show up in the Latest Activity section @ the lower left of the home page.

I hope you don't mind me feilding this one for Anthony. The easiest way to upload a video right now is to do it through your Comment Wall right on your Personal Page. To do this, simply click on the icon that looks like a piece of paper in your Comment Wall Section- this will allow you to download files. From there, you can upload filed from your computer, youtube, etc. Once you upload the file, click the Add Comment button and the video will appear at the bottom of your Personal Page. Depending on your settings (completely private or one that allows public access) anyone can view the video right on your page.

As a side note, as soon as we finish integrating a few more items to our site, you'll be able to load videos directly to our video section also.
