Kids' Ketch on Second Street in Downtown Lewes, Delaware is happy to partner with Bear Hugs for Babies in co-sponsoring our Cutest Baby Contest and it's going on now until February 15th. Anyone can enter simply by sending in a photo (up to 5X7) of their baby 18 mos or younger. There will be one boy and one girl winner be selected by our judges and one baby will be chosen overall by popular vote.
