I have to be honest, I used to love Mr. P's Pizza on Savannah Road in Lewes when John owned the place. He was picky- let's be honest- anyone who knew him knew he was a pain in the a#*- but the pizza that came out of his wood fired ovens was always excellent. Whew...this is harder to admit than I thought, but here goes...I love sandwiches. I mean I really love sandwiches. There, I said it. Sure, I love all kinds and styles of food- fresh mussels sauted in an Asian-Ginger sauce for example, are terrific and an expertly cut, perfectly prepared steak is always a pleasure, but when it comes right down to it, when all is said and done, if I had to pick only one way to eat my food from here on out, it would be as a sandwich.…

I have to confess, it's been a while since I've eaten at Matt DiSabatino's place, Striper Bites. Yes, I know...shame on me. What can I say, that's what working too much will do to ya'.
