Lewes Restaurant Review- Bethany Blues

Real Quick...this isn't a review as much as a fast little synapse of a meal I had recently at Bethany Blues in Lewes. In a word, well actually three, it was "messy but good." But then, that's what I expect from ribs (and just about anytime I eat). I had the St. Louis Style ribs with a side of mac n' cheese and a side of greens. The ribs were great and their house BBq sauce, which I could pour over my ribs with wild abandon was magnificent. I'm always leary about greans when I order them out save for a very few restaurants; Bethany Blues is now on that short list of sure bets. The mac and cheese was good, though honestly not my favorite but I bet it would have been awesome with some of that bbq sauce on them. Man, I wish I'd thought of this sooner.
