It's All About You
In addition to carying the world's hottest and largest selection of hot sauces, Peppers also has one of the world's best collection of hot sauce recipes for everyhting form dipping sauces to seafood, chicken, beef and one of our personal favorites...chicken wings. And to show you just how much- and how hot- we like our wings, we're gonna get you going with one of our favorites right now, Suzanne's Buffalo Wings in Hell.
Like always, we;ll start with the ingredients:
5 lbs chicken wingettes
Salt & Pepper
10 oz bottle of hot sauce (your choice, we have them all)
9 oz jar of Suzanne's Kitchen Hell Pepper Jelly
1 tsp salt
2 TBS water
Okay, let's get cooking.
on a cookie sheet, seaon your wings with the salt and pepper. Bake the chicken wings for 40 minutes at 350 or according to the packaged instructions.
While the chicken is cooking, heat your grill; melt your Suzanne's Buffalo Wings in Hell Saucein the microwave for about 2 minutes. Add 2 TBS water to thin the jelly a little then add the remaining tsp salt.
When the wings are finished cooking, remove them and toss them with your hot sauce, then grilled until charred. Now put the fire out and baste your wings completely with the pepper jelly. Have a bite...delicious!
