Harri Cameron is the chef/owner of a(Muse.) restaurant and has brought his love of classic world cuisine recipes, his highly skilled modern training and his love of working with local farms and ingredients and delivered a one of a kind dining experience. Harri prides himself on using locally grown produce, meat and seafood and works with not just Rehoboth but also Lewes, Dewey and other mid Atlantic towns so you can experience the best this area has to offer in fresh, delicious and creative food. a(Muse.) has a very diverse menu pulling ideas from French, Italian and Asian cuisine among others, so if you can't make up your mind its completely understandable. Besides, Harri has solved that problem too. Considered one of, if not the best in Rehoboth, a(Muse.) has a variety of tasting menu selections for you to try. You have a choice of four, seven or eleven course chef's choice tasting menus; you could put your whole evening in their hands- from the food to the drinks (and probably even finding out how to spend the rest of your stay in Rehoboth) and the staff at a(Muse.) will not disappoint. Still not sure...go ahead and Taste Rehoboth.
