The Striper Bites Club Sandwich

I have to confess, it's been a while since I've eaten at Matt DiSabatino's place, Striper Bites. Yes, I know...shame on me. What can I say, that's what working too much will do to ya'. In any case, I stopped to check out their menu the other day while I was walking by and saw that they served a Striper Club Sandwich. I can't say why, maybe it's because I've had neither a club sandwich or striper in quite some time, but it just stuck with me and for days after, I'd been jones-ing for that sandwich. As soon as I could, I went there for dinner- just for the club sandwich- and I gotta say, I'm glad I did; tender, flaky, blackened rockfish, a nice club roll, lettuce, tomato and get this- BACON- oh, yeah.

Well, anyway, I can happily say that now I got my fix in. The only problem is, I need to go back and get another. Uh-oh, I feel another addiction coming on.
